He was selected as headship of Worldwide business operations in January 2012 and was elected as the Chief Executive Chairman in October 2013. He is no stranger to the boardroom and started to serve as a director on various companies at the age of 26. He served as a director of various multinationals.

He has extensive experience in international senior executive management, legal matters with cross-border litigation matters, international financial matters including the primary and secondary financial sector and operational matters. Extensive experience especially in the primary banking sector, secondary banking sector, corporate group structuring and re-structuring, merger & acquisitions, group and company statutory matters, investment strategies and adviser, asset management, capital management, securities management, commodity and mining, placement of private capital for selective high-profile families, trading with stock exchanges such as London and New York and wealth management.

He designed various investment strategies for Le Roux Family Office and Premier Gold Global Investment Fund and Dr Allan Le Roux serves as the Principal.

His principles are based on integrity, trust, honesty, accountability and compliance. He is a member of the main board of directors of Le Roux Global and serves as chairman of various committees.
